Jim spent 36 years doing sales and sales management in the insurance industry. When he turned 65 he decided to get involved in Medicare because he wanted to assist other Medicare beneficiaries with the complicated process. Linda was an English teacher and school counselor for 18 years before entering a sales position in the cosmetics and skincare industry. In 2018, a year after meeting Jim, she decided to join him in the Medicare insurance business and is currently licensed in Florida, Indiana, Ohio and North Carolina.

They have a passion for working with seniors and those on Medicare due to disability to help simplify the Medicare process, ensuring that each client gets the special attention they deserve. They represent 12 insurance companies because they want to be able to assist clients in finding a plan that is tailored specifically for their individual needs. They want their clients to feel that they are there for them, to answer questions and help solve problems and go the extra mile when needed. Their goal is to be their agent for life.

Both Jim and Linda grew up in small towns in Indiana. They later graduated from Indiana University, but they didn't meet until many years later in Florida. Both of them had previously been married for 25 years before losing their spouses to cancer. These tragedies would eventually become a point of connection in their relationship. In 2017, God made their paths cross and the rest is history. Between the two, Jim and Linda have two daughters, one son, and three amazing grandsons.

Community involvement and giving back is important to Jim and Linda. They are members of the Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce with Jim serving on the board. They are also involved in senior focused & charitable organizations like PAN (Pasco Aging Network) and Community Service Council. Jim and Linda are dedicated to their Generations Christian Church family where they are members of the Care Team and Linda sings in the choir.
