As an 18-year United States Marine Corps veteran, James always looks forward to helping veterans, their families, those with disabilities, and all who need help. He is always available to lend a listening ear and wants to be a resource for those struggling with Medicare-related problems. He also brings years of experience from a dual career in corporate business and real estate.

Jim grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina. He is married to his wife Nancy and has two children and five grandchildren. He enjoys live music, dancing, boating, and travelling when the opportunity presents itself.
