Her college degree in adult education gives her a unique perspective and skill for teaching people how to navigate the complexities of Medicare. She prides herself on being open and honest with her clients, being willing to admit when she doesn’t know something, and doing the hard work to get the right answer. She has been a licensed health insurance agent in Florida specializing in Medicare since 2019.

Nancy was born and raised in Terre Haute, Indiana, where she met her husband John. Together they moved to Florida in 2003, where she worked as a bookkeeper and HR Coordinator before moving into Medicare.
